Legs, Bums & Tums – Wednesday 7.00pm – Mill Hill School, Northallerton

No impact, pure toning.As it states simple classic class Legs Bums & Tums, with alternate weeks of Hula Hooping. Many years ago I taught this in a nearby village, tried my best to keep the class ticking over but getting some weeks 3 or 4 girls.

It was time to move it on into town; I have gone from a struggling class to possibly one of my busiest some weeks heading into the twenties.

It’s a lovely big hall at Mill Hill too to accommodate. I’m pleased to say two of the ‘village’ girls followed me to Mill Hill and very rare they miss!

This class we don’t perform aerobic routines and attract girls who maybe do not have the co-ordination for aerobics and just want a plain and simple but ‘hard working’ class! It also is an excellent second class in the week too.

So Legs Bums & Tums an hour of pure tone, we have upped it a bit this year to ‘fat burning’ increasing the hear rate etc but again no madness of fast routines.

Squats, lunges, arms, waist work, moving squats, resistance bands oh and the list goes on and on…. This takes us up to about half seven then we hit the mats for yet more leg work before finishing off with abdominal work.

What more can I say a BLAST of LEGS BUMS & TUMS – another favorite.

P.s I have heard it called Legs Butts n Guts!!!

We work hard but still come back for more week after week!
