Fast feet, circuit, cardio work, combat, circuit tone and abs.

This class was set up a few years ago just for some winter training plus I realised I did not cater for the boys out there! After a night and venue change it is still going – one of my smaller groups I teach.
This class we do all sorts in and change from week to week. No aerobic routines though!!!
Circuit = Stations/cards set up around the hall and just follow the instructions. So maybe say a minute skipping, move onto a minute squats then minute jogging to a minute lunges. So as you can see the raising of the heart rate then resting whilst working the legs. We can work in a small group or partner up. We all work together at the end with arm/upper body then finish off with abdominal work.
Fast feet = Have a run round the hall in and out of cones, floor ladders, dots etc… bring heart rate up then stop and work the legs etc…. Just as the legs are saying “NO” we go back to the feet work! Again we all work together again at the end.
Combat = Boxing workout, jabs, jumps, hooks, uppercuts and skipping. Fun & hard work!!!
Cardio = all work together taking heart rate up, jogging, lunges, skipping, squats etc…. nice evening round the 300m track!! Basically just like Circuit but all work together.
Varied class and again working at your level you can change, tweak the exercise to your ability and needs!

Lastly we have a mixture of Male and Female in class – which is great, a class for the BOYS!!!!
Non stop class!
